Office Manager

Boost Group is a successful international marketing service company with 250 permanent employees and 2,500 field employees, operating in three business units: Shopper Marketing, Collectibles and Loyalty. Within these units, Boost develops innovative programs to promote sales and customer loyalty, which we successfully convert together with our customers.  With offices in Switzerland, China, Italy, Germany, France, Russia, Benelux and APAC, Boost provides services in 15 countries to more than 150 different A-brands and retailers.

For our HR department in Nieuwkuijk we are looking for an Office Manager (32-40 hours).

The Office manager takes care of the administrative work of the various departments and provides services with a general supporting (facility) character for the organization. In addition, the office manager is booking business trips for colleagues in the organization.

Tasks/responibilities

  • Administrative support of various departments
  • Booking business trips according to the guidelines of the travel policy
  • Support in facility matters
  • Taking care of the mail (internal and external)
  • Sending mail via TNT, DHL, etc.
  • Ordering office supplies and keeping stock

Profile

  • MBO working and thinking level
  • Work experience in a similar position
  • Dutch and English spoken and written
  • Experience with booking trips is a plus
  • Hands on mentality, practical
